The team you'll be joining - Clinch Recruitment Marketing

This team owns our Recruitment Marketing platform. Their mission is to help large and emerging businesses to hire smarter and faster by attracting, identifying, nurturing, and hiring the best candidates through our platform. Whilst we have been operating for over 20 years globally, this team is one of the newer editions to the PageUp group family; founded in 2014, they very much have a collaborative lean start-up approach to development. They deliver the product roadmap and core development for our recruitment marketing platform. You’ll get the best of working for an established company (support/structure/benefits) and a smaller team (agility/fast pace/making a meaningful impact on a core platform) all in one!

Who are you?

Operating within our Professional Services team based remotely in the US, utilize your project management and consulting skills to implement Clinch's solution to our global customers. Leverage your Recruitment or HR knowledge and drive customer success through our 'teach and consult' implementation methodology. Provide best practice configuration and consultation guidance aligned to Clinch's proven delivery practices and processes.

What will you work on?

Clients are the center of our universe, you play a key role in how effectively the can achieve their people goals by partnering with them and our partners to ensure efficient implementation of our SaaS Recruitment Marketing solution.

  • Act as a trusted talent management advisor and ensure that client configured solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Consult customers to successfully implement and configure the Clinch solution based on a combination of business requirements and industry best practice recommendations.
  • Empower clients through the implementation process to ensure they are in a position to get the most out of the solution post-Go-live.
  • Provide support, training and consultative services to ensure customers are confident in using the Clinch system and are set up for success.
