Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation / Storage
- Position Title: Customer Service Officer / Customer Service Executive
- Working Location: Jurong Port
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9 am – 6 pm. Sat, 9 am – 1 pm (On Rotation)
- Salary Package: Up to $2,600 + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- To handle customer’s bookings for shipping services overseas on our self-operated vessels
- To coordinate with transporters and clients for the trucking collections/deliveries of their cargoes
- To prepare and submit shipping documents for vessel and cargo clearance
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

- At least GCE “O” level or its equivalent.
- Possess computer literacy skills.
