About the role:
Conduct face to face assessments with aged care clients in their home for eligibility of government subsidised services.

Where you’ll be working:
Based in Orange, required to travel regularly within the district to conduct home support assessments.
The Aged Care Division delivers a range of clinical and non-clinical services across the entire Local Health District to support Older people in their families to enable them remain supported in their home.
