The successful candidate will be granted an attractive remuneration package, matching the candidate profile and performance. Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling daily import operation, daily report preparing, transportation arrangement & billing
Communicate with internal & overseas customers to ensure a smooth running of the process
Co-ordinate with oversea agents, customers, warehouse & co-loaders
Monitor cargo status and update to the customers
Assist to solve customers’ issues & complaint
Responsible for effective working practices with the customer
Import Declaration
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
HKCEE / HKDSE / Diploma graduate or above
Minimum 1 years of working experience in airfreight industry
Only relevant working experience in airfreight/forwarder/carriers will consider
Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Responsible, self-managed and willing to work overtime
Good computer skills in MS office application
